Media Working Group plans for TPAC 2022

Hi all,

We need to confirm our in-person meeting plans for Vancouver by 31 May (next Tuesday). The meetings will be hybrid, to enable remote participation. If you think you'll be there in-person, please give a thumbs-up on the issue.

If you think we need more or less meeting time, or wish to organise joint discussions with other groups, please reply in GitHub and we'll request that time is allocated.
