Missing today's call. Small written update

Hey Group,

I'm regrettably AFK to help out with my sick 2yo. I want to give a few
updates on the agenda

   - Media Session editors needed
   - We'd like to nominate Tommy Steimel. Tommy has been involved in
      Chrome's Media Session impl and recently appeared in these calls
to discuss
      new actions.
   - Status of Media Capabilities WebRTC support (issues #185
   <https://github.com/w3c/media-capabilities/issues/185> and #192
   <https://github.com/w3c/media-capabilities/issues/192>)
      - 185 is nearing consensus. I need to reply to the latest question
      - 192 is at consensus. Needs a small PR to add non-normative
      clarifications.
