Dear all, The minutes from yesterady's Media WG meeting are available: https://www.w3.org/2022/07/12-mediawg-minutes.html Summary: * Matt gave an update on MSE in workers, progressing Chrome implementation of the transferable single object approach described in https://github.com/w3c/media-source/pull/306#issuecomment-1170513859, with spec to be updated in due course * We continued the discussion of Media Session in relation to WebRTC Capture Handle Actions. We'll organise a follow up when Youenn is also available and all have had some more time to reflect on the proposals. see https://github.com/w3c/mediasession/issues/274 and related issues. * We discussed WebCodecs registrations and the need to be able to express capabilities, including the proposed H.263 registration. See https://github.com/w3c/webcodecs/pull/417 * We discussed TPAC meeting plans. I'll follow up with editors and related group chairs to shape the agenda for the Media WG meetings and joint meetings.
