Subject: CfC: Add a H.265 (HEVC) WebCodecs registration

Dear all,

This is a call for consensus to add a H.265 (HEVC) WebCodecs registration. See https://github.com/w3c/webcodecs/pull/499.

The CfC will last for two weeks, ending on 13th July.. Please reply to this email and state one of the following:

* I support addition of a H.265 WebCodecs registration entry

* I object to addition of a H.265 WebCodecs registration entry (please detail any concerns)
