Media WG TPAC planning

Hi Media WG members,

TPAC is coming up in a couple of weeks, and Media WG has a meeting planned for Friday 16 September at 2pm-6pm (local time, Vancouver).

If there's anything you want to cover in the meeting, please let me know or add comments to the document. We need to let the event organisers know the meeting agenda by 1 September, but I expect we can make adjustments later if we need to.
