[Minutes] Media Working Group Teleconference - 2021-05-11

Summary:

* Rechartering can go ahead, with W3C management review followed by AC review
* EME continuous key rotation was left out of the charter scope for now
* Regarding WebCodecs in worker and main thread contexts, Chris Cunningham will share usage information from the origin trial
* Chairs will follow up with finding editors for Autoplay Policy Detection and Media Session
