Discussion led to the following action and resolutions:

- ACTION for #133: gregwhitworth : do interop testing of devicePixelRatio + screen.width & height on FF/Edge/Chrome/Safari with/without zoom
- RESOLUTION for #133: Remove the screen width & height from VideoDisplayConfiguration PR until action is done and we can make an informed direction
- RESOLUTION for #134: Convert hdrSupported to static accessor (and thus drop VideoDisplayConfiguration)
