Announcement of last but one Transitioning

Dear Media Fragmenters,


Later today Raphaël will commit his last changes to complete the split of our two documents after which he will inform our video-lead Philippe today to go ahead with the transitioning to PR (after which I will close all the remaining actions that are solved now).
