Raphael, Looking at the latest CR version http://www.w3.org/TR/2011/WD-media-frags-20111027/ There is a small bug to fix in order to pass the pubrules checker for publication. The syntax of a "Latest Version" URI must be <http://www.w3.org/TR/shortname/>. Error (missing required trailing slash in http://www.w3.org/TR/media-frags; other tests not performed) should be: http://www.w3.org/TR/media-frags/ Thierry
