Hi Jack, In order to complete a number of test cases for the Media Fragments specification, we need media files where it is possible to apply certain smpte time codes. In particular, we need - a media file with a frame rate that is compliant to smpte-30-drop (for TC-0023-UA [1]) - a media file with smpte time codes that do not start at zero (for TC-0099-UA [2] and TC-0100 [3]) Are you aware of these kind of media files (maybe from the SMIL test cases)? If yes, can you please point me to these files (or sent them to me). If no, do you have an idea of how we can create such files?
