Hi,

 I noticed http://www.w3.org/TR/2011/WD-media-frags-20110317 introduces
new HTTP headers and new values for existing headers. A quick search in
the httpbis archives turned up no mention of this. Unless I missed it,
could you make sure the Working Group is aware of the document? I note
the document is labeled a "Second Last Call Working Draft".
