TC0009-UA, TC0010-UA: "no request" makes no sense, the UA doesn't know the duration without making a request. TC0012-UA: t=3, is not a valid production of the npttimedef production, must be treated like t=foobar TC0027-UA through TC0034-UA: all of these must be ignored, UA should proceed as if no fragment was used at all, playing the entire resource. TC0044-UA: is not a valid production, must be ignored TC0051-UA through TC0054-UA: Good!
