For me, the obvious person is Yves, being an editor of the httpbis document and members of both WGs. @Yves: is it worth you debrief us about the latest changes brought to http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-httpbis-p5-range-14 and let us know how whether the group should answer Marc Nottingham's request or not?
