    Raphael: I have done the small edits, I will send an answer to the
    commenter
    ... the big part is still the splitting of the spec
    ... I'm not done yet, this is a long process

    ... I think people will be able to review on Monday / Tuesday
    ... last issue will be to find you short names for the second spec
    ... I would proposed "media-frags" for the basic version and
    "media-frags-advanced" for the advanced version
