The BNF includes the line clocktime = (datetime / walltime / date) but only ‘datetime’ seems to be specified further by datetime = <date-time, defined in RFC 3339> I assume this is missing: walltime = <full-time, defined in RFC 3339> date = <full-date, defined in RFC 3339> because you seem to require time zone information: The format separates the date from the time with a "T" character and the string ends with "Z", which includes time zone capabilities. This sentence isn’t completely correct, because timezone could be given with ‘time-numoffset’ instead of just “Z”.
