Temporal fragment parser tests

I'm attaching an HTML-ified version of the test data I used when  
implemented the MF demo for FOMS this year. Some of it is redundant with  
what is already in  
http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Fragments/TC/ua-test-cases but many are  
useful additional tests, IMO.

Davy, do you want to go through the tests and import them as necessary, or  
would you like me to point out which ones are not duplicates or existing  
tests?
