RTSP processing of media fragments URI is drafted at:

It has never been included into our spec document. We had a long discussion on the 2010/06/23 telecon, http://www.w3.org/2010/06/23-mediafrag-minutes.html about adding this part in the LCWD or not. Decision has been made to leave it apart.

The question is:
  - should we work now on a separate document for handling the processing of media fragments URI?
  - should this document be a WG Note or a rec track document?
