Raphaël, In your last email you mentioned that the Fragment WG was about to publish a First WD very soon, followed by a Last Call WD before end of the year, and that CR could be short. Please keep in mind that the Working Group won't be allowed to move to PR easily because of the call for exclusion periods (150 days for FPWD and 60 days for LCWD). There are ways for a Working Group to end an exclusion opportunity sooner than scheduled, and exit CR. But we will have to go through this process before the PR Transition request.
