I could request this new schedule, but with no guarantee that the admin 
Team will do it for Wednesday 23/09/2009. It usually needs a couple of days.

Should not we change the new schedule for October 4th ?
And then reschedule for October 25th and November 1st.
The W3C calendar is ether based on UTC or on Boston Time.

Let me know when I should re-schedule Zakim .
