Dear all,

I apologize for the mess. The tracker suddenly starts doing what it was 
supposed to do, i.e. send automatic email to the list when new issues 
are created (thus the duplicates with mine manually sent).

Yves, did you change something in the configuration of the tracker? Were 
the emails bounced?

Anyway, from now on, each (new) issue should trigger such an automatic 
email.
