Dear all, We are discussing since a few weeks about the date and location of the next face-to-face meeting for the Media Fragments WG. During last week telecon, everybody on the call agrees that we should have one better sooner than later to give a final kick to the spec. These are the possible options I see: - February 23-25: Co-located with the Media Annotations WG, Seoul, Korea. Based on the questionnaire results, http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/42785/february-f2f/results, we have 2 Yes, 2 No (Jack and Michael because of the dates) and 4 don't know. My conclusion is therefore that this is not really a good option :-( - March 21-23: W3C Advisory Committee meeting at MIT, Boston, MA This is not usual that WGs meet during the spring AB meeting of W3C but that happens sometimes. I have heard e.g. that the SPARQL WG will meet in Boston. Erik, Yves and I will most likely attend. What about the others? Is this an option you can make? - April 26-30: WWW conference + W4A conference + Web Science conference in Raleigh, NC This week in April is attractive for the academics. I can imagine that Silvia and Conrad are also interested in the W4A conference. The only problem is that last week of April might be a bit late in our timeline. I don't want to open another poll or questionnaire for this but I would really like we discuss briefly these options during this week telecon in order to take a decision. If you cannot make this week telecon, please, answer this email with your preference and/or constrains. Best regards.
