Dear all, As per our discussion in today's telecon, I suggest we keep booked the dates of 17th and 18th of September in our agenda and that we held a *virtual* face-to-face meeting (instead of a physical one in Amsterdam). When? I have setup a doodle questionnaire to find out what would be the most convenient time slots in these 2 days. 2 time slots of 2 hours each per day are proposed: 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 CET (but you can choose the time zone that corresponds to your location). The doodle questionnaire to answer is located at: http://www.doodle.com/xbw9stfdmz3pr4nw I think we need to work during at least *two* and perhaps *three* of these time slots. If you would like to suggest another time interval, please write your proposal in a comment to the questionnaire. As for the constraints, we expect participants from Europe and Australia/Japan. What? A virtual F2F meeting is different than a regular telecon. We need to be totally engaged in the discussion, which is not easy when we are on the phone. The agenda and the discussion needs to be well-prepared with clear expected goals. The chairs will do their best but it is also the responsibility of all participants to have study all the related discussions in order to make informed decisions. How? Zakim will be naturally used as the phone bridge. I recommend you all to use headsets. It would be great to have a virtual blackboard to share and edit collaboratively as well. Video will also be a nice feature to have. I welcome here any suggestions of some tools we could use. Michael, you said during today's telecon you were aware of some tools. Could you please share some more information and links? Tracker, this is ACTION-100.
