ISSUE-13 (fragment-iana-registration): Write a IETF draft for proposing how to register the fragment scheme for all media types http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Fragments/tracker/issues/13 Raised by: Raphaël Troncy On product: This new ISSUE is the follow-up of the discussion we had during the 19/08/2009 telecon [1] and the ACTION-89 [2]. It allows to close the ISSUE-3 [3]. Basically, we need to: * write a small Internet draft for IANA consideration that will link to the media fragment specification (with a good story why fragments are important) * write a Internet draft that describes a how-to (template?) register the fragment scheme for all media types Will that be 2 different documents or a single one?
