Hi all,

As I was trying to create a dense document on use cases & requirements
as discussed yesterday, I thought it best to create a new section on
the main wiki page
(http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Fragments/wiki/Main_Page) called
"Preparation of Working Draft".

I have entered the whole structure that Raphael outlined yesterday for
the working draft, so if you are keen to start editing any of these
sections, the structure is there now.
