(very short :) minutes of today's phoneconference

Hereby the minutes of today:

misunderstanding today's teleconference was a mockery J. These things
happen. Nevertheless the 3 of us added some important actions:

.          Yves to reserve the phone conf at 10:00 UTC from now on (see
results questionnaire) !!

.          All to fill in the questionnaire of the 2nd F2F meeting in Ghent
and to make hotel arrangements !

.          Erik to chase for answers on the questionnaire of the 2nd F2F
meeting in Ghent
