This PR addresses #106, by:
- Adding MediaRecorder.bs with the same contents as 22 Dec 2016 ED;
- Adding a compiled MediaRecorder.html;
- Updating README.md with comments on running bikeshed;
- Removing MediaRecorder.js.
- Removing .travis.yml
