Adding `sequence<Point2D> pointsOfInterest` to 
[`photoSettings`](https://w3c.github.io/mediacapture-image/#PhotoSettings)
 allowing for defining the normalized `Point2D`s to be used as 
metering seeds for e.g. Focus. AutoExposure etc. Addresses #44.
