Happy new year everyone!
We had a pull request from Martin about a proposal for changing the
constructors on MediaStream, including introducing a variadic form of
the constructor:
https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-main/pull/98
The chairs think that this size of change should have list discussion;
it's not clear to the chairs whether the change is good, bad or indifferent.
Please comment!
