Hi All,

I'm happy to let you know Dongseong Hwang from Intel's Open Source Technology Center recently joined the W3C Device APIs Working Group in order to be able to help us with the Media Capture Depth Stream Extensions spec [1] and related implementation efforts.

Dongseong is a Chromium committer and has done work in the canvas, video, WebGL areas, so he is able to help us validate the ideas we've experimenting in the spec in code.

Dongseong - we work on GitHub [2], use the usual fork & pull model for contributions, and our issues are tracked on GH too [3]. Feel free to fork the spec repo, create PRs, open new issues, comment on existing ones.

For wider review and engaging in discussions with the wider Task Force, we use this Media Capture Task Force mailing list [4] (note to self: we should do that more often). Since our spec touches also canvas spec, for that we've found helpful folks on the Canvas API list [5]. The WebGL discussions are out of scope for W3C, and are best discussed on the Khronos' WebGL mailing list [6].

Welcome Dongseong!
