All,

I just wanted to draw you attention to the ongoing discussion at github 
related to this topic (see 
https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-main/pull/211).

It now seems likely to conclude (my guess) on that only capabilities of 
input devices will be exposed this way, while output device capabilities 
are left to some other doc. More input is to the discussion is of course 
welcome!
