All the hyper-links in spec are not working properly.

1. as described in the relevant Security and privacy considerations section of

Problem: This link is redirecting to a page with 404 Not found error.

The links in the following lines are not working, either link should be removed
for them or correct them to redirect to specified content.

2. A MediaStream object is said to be MediaStream.inactive when it does not
have any tracks or all tracks belonging to the stream have ended.

Problem: ended link is not working

3. Similarly, if the sourceType changes

Problem: sourceType link is not working
