echoCancelation (sic)

Apparently, "cancelation" is American spelling, and everywhere else is 
"cancellation". Though as I'm typing this, my spellchecker puts a red 
squiggly line under the former, not the latter, and I'm in the US.

Even Google says: Did you mean: cancellation.

Should we rename to echoCancellation before it is too late? Or should we 
accept both?
