Help clarify constraints (2014), submit feedback

Hi all,

we have a call next Thursday dedicated to select path forward regarding 
constraints. There are two proposals on the table, one is the existing 
design that is documented in the Editor's draft [1], the other is a 
proposal for a new design [2].

At the call the time is limited, so we would like to get as much as 
possible understood and clarified before the call. So please read the 
proposal carefully, and post questions/comments/feedback to the list 
ASAP. (We're thinking mainly about [2] as [1] has been around for a long 
time, but input on [1] is also valuable.)

We'd also like to get implementers feedback, is there a preference for 
one of the designs? On what grounds?
