The concept of "size" instead of separate "width" and "height" has been
discussed before and not adopted, so no change to spec is warranted.
There should be an example of return values from the capabilities call that
shows this (and I think height { min 480 max 600 } width { min 640 max 800 }
makes sense, or even height { max 600 } width { max 800 } if system's willing
to downscale).
