Hi,

I got two comments while reading this spec:

1) Section "4. MediaRecorder Constrainable Properties", should bitrate also
be part of the properties?

2) Section "6. RecordingExceptionEnum", the track id doesn't seem be used
anywhere in the interface, do we need InvalidMediaStreamTrackId?
