Hi all,

as I think you have noted Giri is making good progress on the Image 
Capture draft.

We think we should make it an "official" TF Editor's draft (which 
basically means that it would be served from a W3C server) with Giri as 
editor.

Unless we hear objections before the end of this week we will do that 
early next week.
