In that case, there is a difference between no-access and no constraints. On the other hand, if we say that no-access does allow recording and photos, then 'no-access' is probably the wrong term. The subtlety regards how a user grants permission. To the application, it's a pretty dramatic difference. The intent is that the application is prevented from accessing the content of the stream in any way, including recording or snapshot.
