I suggested a second version, which does not have the "use once" language. I prefer copy-by-pointer to copy-by-cut/paste; describing the behaviour of CreateObjectURL(MediaStream) in terms of CreateObjectURL(Blob) seems like a Good Thing to me. We don't want these behaviours to evolve independently.
