Mediastream Image Capture

Hi everyone, 

I'd like to start implementing the Image Capture, is there any update to the draft? 
This is the most recent discussion I found about Image Capture,

where I think the linguistic issues pointed out by roBman make a lot sense, will we take them into consideration?
