Media Cap meeting at TPAC

Hi all,

it would be valuable if we could have a Media Capture TF session at TPAC.

As you know the TF members come from the DAP and the webrtc WG; webrtc 
is scheduled to meet Mon+Tue during the TPAC week, while DAP is 
scheduled for Thu+Fri. So this poses a challenge when determining the 
best time to schedule a Media Capture meeting. Some may be planning to 
be at TPAC for only be beginning or the end of the week.

To get an indication, the chairs have put together a poll giving the 
options Tuesday and Thursday (and it might be logical to use Tuesday 
afternoon if Tue is preferred, and Thursday morning if Thu is preferred).
