Telco time + call for agenda topics

Hi all,

based on the recent poll [1] we've decided that the next telco for the 
Media Capture TF will be

*Tuesday Oct 9th, 10pm-11:30pm CEST*

please make a note in your calendars!

Two topics that we would like to discuss are:
* Set/change of capturing settings (resolution, height/width, 
frame-reate etc.) for cameras/microphones (Travis to provide input)
* Recording API (Jim and Travis)

But please provide input on other things you would like to be covered.
