Face to face meeting: dates and location decided

All,

the face to face meeting will be at the Acme premises in Boston, on

*Feb 5 - 7* next year.

How the time is split between Media Capture TF, WebRTC WG and IETF 
rtcweb WG is yet to be decided, but we plan to spend significant time on 
the Media Capture things as there is an ambition to move forward on the 
"Media Capture and Streams" quite quickly as Harald wrote in a separate 
mail the other day.

Let us know if you would like to attend, but only for the Media Capture 
stuff. If so, we should try to do Media Capture one or two of the days, 
and decide which day(s) rather soon to people can plan the trip accordingly.

Local airports:
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is ~30 min. away without 
traffic (during rush-hour it can take 1.5 hours)
Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in New Hampshire (MHT) is ~1hr away 
without traffic (during rush-hour it can take 1.5 hours)
