Proposed agenda items for Telco

All,

we'll have a Telco next Thursday (Dec 6). Here is a first proposal for 
agenda items:

* Representation of MediaStreamTracks in a MediaStream
* Synchronous getUserMedia
* v5 of the device handling and change settings proposal
* Recording: plan to get to a public WD
* Next steps for the "Media Capture and Streams" document
* Use of the f2f meeting early next year

As you can see it is three items on technical solutions and three on 
plans moving forward.
