Re: Syntax options for constraints structure

Paul,

the comments wrt [] are substantially the same as the ones you sent in 
on April 24; responders pointed out to you at that time that the reason 
for the [] arrays is that sequence is important in the optional 
attribute lists.

Could you please re-read those comments and see if you want to revise 
your feedback in the light of those responses?
