Hi all,

the TF now has a scenario document 
(http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/dap/raw-file/tip/media-stream-capture/scenarios.html) 
and a draft API proposal 
(http://dev.w3.org/2011/webrtc/editor/getusermedia.html).

The chairs think it would be a good idea to arrange a telco to discuss 
status and next steps. Therefore we've set up a Doodle to find a
