Draft minutes 8 February 2012

Attached are Draft minutes from today's teleconference, 9 February 2012, for approval at the next meeting.

Tentatively that meeting should be around 23 February 2012 - action to chairs to announce the date.

Please do review the minutes, I'm unfamiliar w/ many of the speakers and could easily have misattributed someone (the raw minutes have a number of xx?: speakers).
I've also resequenced some conversations - specifically the irc chatter (richt/shepazu/dom/jesup) to where I believe they belong logically in the meeting.

Note that the dbwg/overlap links don't work, I've asked dom to make them work (the syntax he's using is incompatible w/ rrsagent/scribe.pl, and it's easier for me to select something that could work and expect him to fix it on his server's side). If you want to convert today just change from ids-X to ids[X] once your browser follows the link.
