That did bother me, but we already have that problem in various forms. When someone sets offerToReceiveVideo (or whatever that options is called now), then some guessing is needed in the same sort of way, even if that is just guessing about the decoder. When sources are encoding, especially when there are multiple such sources, guessing is a little harder.
