Chairs and editors: I would like to volunteer to be added as a spec editor for this TF. I'm requesting because I already extended this offer to the DAP membership at TPAC (copied below) [1] "dom: one thing we'll need to do is provide resources, such as an editor "adrianba: we found Travis_MSFT And because I believe it would be good to have someone from DAP as an editor (for representation purposes).
