Re issues in https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/dap/raw-file/tip/media-stream-capture/scenarios.html on"Stopping local devices": Issue: "Is there a scenario where end-users will want to stop just a single device, rather than all devices participating in the current media stream?" [bryan] In the WebRTC case there seems to be, e.g. if the current connection cannot handle both audio and video streams then the user might want to back down to audio, or the user just wants to drop down to audio because they decide they don't need video. But otherwise, e.g. for local use cases, mute seems more likely and less disruptive (e.g. in terms of CPU load which might temporarily affect recorded quality of the remaining streams). -- Thanks, Bryan Sullivan
