BTW, Chrome already has tab sharing implemented via `mandatory: {chromeMediaSource: 'tab'}` constraint, but:
1. `mandatory` is old constraint syntax
2. `chromeMediaSource` is non-standard, Chrome-only thing
3. it works only in Chrome extensions
